1. Acceptance of These Terms
Accessing the website, browsing its products or submitting an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions established by ECORIDE TRADING SDN BHD, Registration No. 202501036932 (1638342-H).
Customers who do not agree with these Terms should discontinue use of the website and should not submit an order.
2. Meaning of Terms
For the purpose of these Terms:
“Company,” “We,” “Us” or “Our” refers to ECORIDE TRADING SDN BHD.
“Customer,” “You” or “Your” refers to the website visitor or purchaser.
“Goods” or “Products” refers to bicycles, helmets, cycling accessories and other items offered for sale.
“Order” means a Customer’s request to purchase Goods.
“Website” refers to the Company’s online store and its related pages.
“Services” means the Website, purchasing facilities and associated customer support.
3. Product Information
Reasonable efforts are made to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, materials, specifications and features.
Minor differences may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings or manufacturing tolerances. These minor variations will not necessarily be regarded as product defects.
The Company may correct inaccurate information or update Website content when necessary.
4. Product Selection
Customers must review the available product information before completing an Order, including:
Bicycle or accessory size.
Helmet measurements and fitting requirements.
Product model and intended use.
Mounting or installation requirements.
Materials and safety features.
Colour and selected variation.
Compatibility with the Customer’s bicycle.
ECORIDE TRADING SDN BHD will not be responsible for an incorrect selection when the delivered item matches the confirmed Order and the relevant product information was correctly advertised.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an Order does not mean that it has been automatically accepted. Every Order remains subject to product availability, payment confirmation and verification of customer information.
The Company may decline or cancel an Order when:
A product is unavailable.
Payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified.
The price or product information contains an obvious error.
The delivery address is incomplete or outside the available area.
Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
The Order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
6. Prices and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, product prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit.
Customers must pay the full amount shown during checkout through one of the available payment methods. Transactions may be processed by independent payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.
If an obvious pricing error is identified, the Customer may be contacted before the Order is processed.
7. Availability
A Product displayed on the Website may become unavailable without prior notice. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve it.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, the Company may offer an alternative arrangement or cancel the affected part of the Order.
8. Delivery
Orders will be delivered according to the Company’s Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete Malaysian address and valid contact number.
Delivery estimates may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, inaccurate addresses or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must comply with the timeframe and procedure stated in the Company’s Cancellation Policy.
An Order remains active until ECORIDE TRADING SDN BHD provides written confirmation that its cancellation has been approved.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Products sold through the Website are generally not refundable or exchangeable unless:
An incorrect item was sent by the merchant.
The received item does not match its advertised specifications, description, features or information.
The item was spoiled, damaged or defective upon delivery.
Delivery exceeded the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy.
Customers must follow the evidence requirements and 24-hour reporting period contained in the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
11. Product Installation and Safety
Bicycles and cycling accessories must be assembled, adjusted and used responsibly. Technical installation should be completed by a suitably experienced person where specialised tools or knowledge are required.
Helmets should be fitted correctly and inspected before every use. Customers must stop using any bicycle, helmet or accessory that appears damaged or unsafe.
The Company will not be responsible for damage or injury caused by:
Incorrect installation or assembly.
Improper helmet fitting.
Misuse or negligent handling.
Accidents or impact after delivery.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Failure to maintain the product.
Failure to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Website Restrictions
Customers must not:
Use the Website for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Submit false payment, order or claim information.
Attempt to access restricted Website systems.
Introduce malicious software.
Interfere with Website security or functionality.
Copy or commercially use protected content without permission.
Access may be restricted when suspicious or prohibited conduct is identified.

15. Malaysian Law
These Terms, the use of the Website and all transactions with ECORIDE TRADING SDN BHD are governed by Malaysian law.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through reasonable communication. Unresolved matters shall be subject to the appropriate courts, tribunals and legal procedures in Malaysia.
16. Updates and Contact
The Company may revise these Terms when operational, legal or Website changes make an update necessary. Revised Terms become effective when published.
